Part Two – Some People Will Believe Anything

They’re evil because that echo-machine is constantly spreading lies to their gullible audiences, sowing the seeds of division and hatred tearing away at the fabric of our nation.  The echo has dragged the conservative mindset so far out on the extremes they’ve exited Earth’s orbit.  So I constantly bash the echo not to tear down the GOP and conservatism, but because of the critical need to save the GOP and conservatism from themselves, which is vital in fixing America.  I originally coined the term evil for Fox fake-news based on their accepted moral depravity of serial sexual harassment inside their offices, seeking to destroy the lives & careers of female employees as we’ve seen play out with predators like Ailes, O’Reilly and Bolling.  But the Fox on-air messaging might be considered as evil as their internal culture, negatively impacting millions of viewers and America itself by polluting their viewers’ minds with rampant untruths, which have badly misinformed a disproportionate percentage of the GOP base and dragged down the legitimate purpose of the party itself.  Fox is only a part of the problem, as outlets like Breitbart, Sinclair, crackpot far-right talk radio & so many others in that echo-messaging sphere are doing incalculable damage.

Here’s some examples of where echo-lies are causing the GOP base to believe in their own concocted alternative facts which are obviously false, destructive & dangerous.  Echo-world is where Trump’s lies are trusted more than pragmatic statements from GOP leaders such as McConnell, Ryan, McCain or Flake.  Echo-world is where Trump’s policies are wonderful & will solve problems when a truly objective view sees little or no benefit (drain the swamp, build that wall or MAGA are mostly marketing slogans with no practical relevance).  Echo-world is where racism, bigotry & xenophobia are excused or swept under the rug.  Echo-world is where evangelical Christians go to sacrifice their moral principles.  Echo-world is where sourced journalism is dismissed in favor of compliance to fanatical far-right rhetoric fitting a pre-established narrative.  Echo-world favors gridlock & doing nothing over negotiations, compromise & bipartisanship.  Echo-world is where Hillary’s emails are a far more serious offense than colluding with an enemy to taint an election & undermine our democracy.  Yes, echo-world is clearly where people blinded by rightwing hyper-partisanship go to buy into lies over truth, which that entire fake-news industry is remarkable uniform & inaccurate in their basic rhetoric.

When the echo-audiences for years have been conditioned to believe abject nonsense, their mindset is off in some alternate galaxy to where they don’t recognize the truth even when it slaps them in the face.  An article below shows The Blaze is cutting back since their audience dropped off after Glenn Beck saw the error of his ways, which his attempt in the past year or so to transition from extremism over towards rhetoric more in line with the truth turned off customers who’ve totally bought into the relentless propaganda of lies from other echo-programming.  It’d be like a lifestyle/nutritionist health advocate trying to teach an audience beneficial healthy habits & diet when they’re already hooked on cigarettes, fast food & diet sodas.  Echo-toxins have so thoroughly permeated the thinking of so many inside the echo-bubble, as American patriots concerned about the direction of our nation we can only try to shine the light on those still open to the truth.

And with the legitimate media being their competition, the echo has masterfully spun a fairytale demonizing & thoroughly discrediting the media in the eyes of their doting fans.  Trump has latched onto this anti-media sentiment pushed routinely on those echo-audiences to where his entire presidency is being built upon attacking & smearing the media.  This is particularly dangerous when the leader of our nation largely rejects sourced & credible info coming from the likes of the media & intelligence agencies, while at the same time governing based on the litany of false propaganda coming from the echo.  Decisions made based on false input guarantees a bad outcome, which is what we’ve seen from this administration mired in their false reality.  And in demanding loyalty it seems Trump’s staff is also pressured into criticizing & dismissing authentic news & intelligence reports.  A few links below report on one of Trump’s unhinged lawyers asking a reporter “are you on drugs?” for asking a relevant & legitimate question about Trump’s original draft letter concerning the Comey firing.

When a network like Fox fake-news starts the day with regular lying on Fox & Friendless, then later has 3 hours of non-stop lies in primetime featuring Sucker Tucker, Gutless Gutfeld, Toxic Watters & Insanity Hannity, to whatever extent that audience is getting their primary news from such disingenuous & delusional propaganda, they are being duped, dumbed-down & denied the real news.  Much like shock jocks who contribute nothing substantial other than causing a stir, any attempts at reporting on the truth for these show hosts are irrelevant, since in the entertainment ratings game it’s all about controversy & provoking emotions.  The shame of it is there are millions in the GOP base actually believing this unmitigated trash, which as a group they’re very influential in shaping GOP policies, plus they’re voters helping decide our leaders.  As victims of the echo-misinformation campaign, the party has been overrun with bad policies & incompetent politicians.

As is the case with each of my messages, the articles below yet again help expose the repeated pattern of echo-distortions.  Fox fake-news & their fellow alternate-galaxy compatriots are not only hiding the Russian scandal, but dismissing it, even in the midst of the investigations ramping up.  Fox reporting would be analogous to residents of Houston & surrounding areas ignoring & denying the rainwater last week.  John Kelly is doing his best to wean Trump off the crazy rightwing conspiratorial sites, but still can’t control his addiction to the fakery coming from Fox.  The fact-checker PunditFact has put Fox’s misleading or false claims close to an astonishing 80%!  Since Fox still does have some reasonable conservative pundits working for them, based on fact-check stats we can only surmise the more radical of their show hosts like Insanity are lying at a rate close to 100%, which I also have a hunch millions of their viewers believe in nearly 100% of all the lies.  And there’s somebody else who believes the Fox lying, our liar-n-chief, a big fan of Fox fake-news & they even share & confirm each other’s lies, trying to pass them off as truths to their thoroughly bewildered followers.  It’s just crazy they don’t even know they’re bewildered, so confidently trusting in the echo.

As always in this “evil” section, many links below reveal some of the dimwits that fake-news networks like Fox are willingly putting on the air.  The difference between the echo here in America & state-run media supporting dictatorships like North Korea’s Jong-un, is that here in America the echo’s not the only game in town.  There are credible journalists with real news organizations doing their best to give us the truth, plus as American citizens we still are at liberty to share facts & truth which runs contrary to the far-right propaganda.  The echo-crowd seems willing to believe almost anything, so I urge you to educate them by forwarding on this info in exposing the fraudulent echo they’re so trusting of.

Economy section….Today we saw another heartless move against the Dreamers, perhaps even more cruel than his speech about Charlottesville.  Yet Trump is putting the onus on Congress to figure this DACA thing out.  Trump has made a habit out of passing the buck over to Congress to avoid taking the blame.  Despite his renowned deal-making skills, he still has gotten no new major legislative accomplishments through Congress, largely due to his own disengagement, poor strategizing & lack of knowledge.  He’s also trying to cram a lot through all at once so nothing is given the focus it needs to craft constructive legislation capable of passing.  And he’s governing by showing no interest in getting productive things done, since his initiatives are only designed so he’s a hero with his echo-base while pissing off the rest of us.  It’s also quite likely he’s been extraordinarily nonproductive knowing better than anyone how guilty he is over the Russian scandal, from which he’s obsessing over ways on how to weasel out of it.

With DC perpetually bogged down in infighting & gridlock, leadership is largely feckless in dealing with international threats popping up throughout the world, while domestically we’re still watching a huge % of the working class struggling to stay afloat.  Now we’re also beset with urgent matters from various quarters, from the natural-made crisis of Harvey (& soon-to-be Irma), to the threatening external crisis of North Korea, to the internally-made crisis of rescinding DACA, along with the calendar’s crisis of the debt ceiling which must be dealt with in the coming month.  Be mindful of the difference, as government shutdowns are a nuisance whereas default would be a catastrophe.  When we have a presidency & DC leadership together who are so dysfunctional as to be rendered incompetent, we can’t be confident when they are shown so ineffective in dealing with all the imminent dangers coming at us, plus in their ineptitude are committing unforced errors that create hazards of their own making.

Trump has become the leader of DC’s self-inflicted wounds.  As the announcement today was to rescind DACA (with a timetable of 6 months given for some type of immigration reform which isn’t so cruel, but good luck getting something passed) while he’s also working on what might turn out to be trickle-down tax cuts.  Then there was the recently threatened government shutdown over the wall along with the failed attempt on repealing & replacing healthcare instead of repairing.  We’ve also previously seen a not-very-well-thought-out immigration ban & numerous other bungles along the way.  Trump keeps stubbornly appealing to his base while aggravating the rest of us.  As I’ve been speculating, he knows what his involvement was in the Russian scandal which is likely to come out soon, so keeping his base in his corner can make it more difficult for conservatives in Congress to vote for his impeachment & ouster.  Plus when he gets booted from the White House as I predict, his best chance to try & save face is to transfer his loyal Trumpeter fans over to his new media venture, focused on politics & possibly teaming up with Breitbart.

See links below where McCain again demonstrates he’s a voice of reason & common sense, not only pushing for regular order to start getting things done again on behalf of the people, but also in protecting our constitutional democracy with its separation of powers.  Also some proactive governors, spearheaded by the Ohio & Colorado Governors, got together & created a bipartisan remedy to fix healthcare, which may provide a positive impetus for Congress.  Perhaps agreement over urgently needed hurricane relief can also help spark a new spirit of cooperation in DC.  And the single biggest issue any spirit of bipartisanship in the long run must focus on, other than preventing our enemy nations & terrorists from spraying nukes all over the place, is the inevitable requirement the modern-day capitalist system must be fixed to the benefit of the working class, before the voting majority of the frustrated population flat-out rejects it for more a socialist model.  When most new jobs fail to pay a livable wage, the same rage that would dare elect someone like Trump could try another extreme next time around in the hopes of finally finding somebody who holds the magic keys.  Some excellent articles are inside these links giving perspectives on why so many are struggling out there in this economy..
