Abuse of Power & Obstruction a Slam Dunk…Laid out in the incredibly detailed 300-page House Intelligence Committee report is a clear criminal extortion plot to steal an election & defraud the American people. And the constitutional law witnesses today made a very compelling argument to any objective observer. The actions of our president are a direct assault on our democracy coming from the very top, that also extended to numerous co-conspirators among Trump’s inner circle based on strong evidence such as phone records, with the prez using Rudy as his point person. These hearings & writing up articles of impeachment are not some Dem hoax, since the president’s own corrupt actions demand such steps by Congress.
Logically examining the hordes of evidence leads to no other conclusion. He’s guilty! There are lots of potential connections, leads, paths & layers to this impeachment probe that go beyond what we heard in the previous congressional hearings, so the House may be wise to aggressively pursue this treasure trove of new clues. That could mean slowing down the process in generating more complete info without regard to wrapping it up by Christmas (as even the GOP witness Turley suggests), or else go ahead & impeach as the case is sent onto the Senate, but continue going after subpoenaed documents & witnesses through the courts which could potentially produce revelations at some unknown point in 2020. Plus pay attention to what comes from prosecutors out of the Southern District of NY. The investigations will go on even after impeachment goes to the Senate, with future discoveries potentially blowing the GOP’s argument that the prez did nothing wrong totally out of the water even among many conservatives.
