Part 2 – Wayward Conservatives have Become Destructive to Our Nation!

 

Do Not Dismiss the Threat…We’re now in a constitutional crisis which could evolve into a national emergency.  Not only have we recently uncovered concrete proof of a criminalized presidency, but an entire conservative messaging machine & their base are perfectly fine with those crimes.  It puts all the ingredients in place from a major political party which could undermine our constitutional democracy & replace it with tyrannical fascism.  By the time most Americans wake up to their scheme, the nightmare may have already happened & there’s no going back.  We who support democracy still outnumber those backing corrupt demagoguery with autocratic intent, so freedom-loving Americans can defeat the deceptive forces of evil so long as we’re not complacent or inactive.  Please get involved by helping spread the truth.

The destructive nonsense is all around us.  With Fox News falling into the same radicalized lying propaganda mode as the rest of the far-right media-echo, feeding their viewers disinformation from the Trump administration, alt-right & Kremlin interests, it has served to throw GOP politicians & supporters into a make-believe land of fictional & extremist alternate-realities.  As a lifelong GOP conservative who’s studied this stuff for a half century, I’ve clearly detected how much the GOP ideology & messaging have gone astray, particularly over this past decade.  It’s unfortunate most of my fellow conservatives apparently aren’t discerning enough to see it too, having fallen for the radical tribal rhetoric or just not following closely enough what’s really happening to notice.  This is no time to stay on the same team we’ve always played for & blindly default to their standard talking points of the moment, since the rational/pragmatic GOP we’ve always stood by no longer exists.  Make no mistake, extremists have successfully hijacked our party.

The fight for morality, integrity & truth is a battle that must be won.  Count me as among the evangelicals calling out the church’s sins.  As a very strong majority of white evangelicals continue to fully back a corrupt & immoral earthly leader, the temporary political battles they win now will become minuscule compared to the long-term damage that’s being done to the reputation & larger purpose of our religion.  The world is watching & knows hypocrisy when they see it.  I’ve long held out the theory a shrewd Satan knows he can maximize his destructive ways by targeting God’s people, which he is effectively accomplishing that mission by deceiving the faithful through the increasingly radicalized & delusional messaging from the conservative echo-media, which Fox fake news is spearheading.  I fervently believe conservatives need to turn away from that mass deception & embrace basic truths, or else our church, our party & our nation face the risk of a permanent downfall:
