Part One – Trump News Shows Sonny-Boy Jr. Buddied Up with WikiLeaks

Latest Trump News: Sonny-boy Jr. in real hot water

And we’d better believe daddy-Donald was well aware of all these shenanigans going on!  Trump Sr. himself even referred to a WikiLeaks message shortly after it was sent.  These secret communications during the fall last year between Trump Jr. & WikiLeaks shows sonny-boy was in the thick of dealing with the organization tied to the Kremlin & at the center of releasing those emails damaging to Hillary.  While these messages were being exchanged between sonny-boy & WikiLeaks, daddy-Trump often publicly gushed to his audiences how wonderful WikiLeaks was.  If sonny-boy gets subpoenaed to publicly testify, that would be must-see TV and extraordinary Trump news.  Every time we hear a new report, it adds to & doesn’t subtract from the evidence Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia.  Don’t look now, but I’d say the likelihood of Trump himself personally colluding with Russia has just gone from probable to likely.  The preponderance of evidence is piling up.  Once the entire picture comes together, America will be on the road to swearing in a new President.  No President found in cahoots with a foreign power to de-legitimize an election can be permitted to stay in office.

Just look at the lineup of key campaign staffers.  Flynn, Manafort, Sessions, Page, Clovis, Papadopoulos, Miller, Cohen, Kushner, sonny-boy Donny (my apologies to anyone I’ve overlooked), they’ve all had very suspicious contacts with Russians & subsequently lied about it.  And that foreign adversary just happened to interfere in our election through leaking hacked emails & running fake ads on social media which happened to reach hundreds of millions of Americans!  Expect this dragnet to expand well beyond Trump campaign officials, as congressional members, donors & echo talking heads may also wind up getting implicated.  So as a distraction what is the standard fallback?  Why of course, let’s investigate Hillary!  All kidding aside, Trump’s Russian scandal is real & getting bigger by the week, & once it blows up with evidence proving collusion, it’s going to be huge!!!  Big enough to become America’s biggest scandal in our nation’s history!  I say that with enthusiasm not because it’s something I ever wanted to happen in the first place, but because those who were guilty must pay the price, where the punishments are critical towards preserving our democracy & rule of law!

But Trump always said he’d hire the best people.  How about this key hire during the transition nearly a year ago, where recent reports had Flynn being offered $15 million from Turkey to kidnap a Muslim cleric from PA & forcibly transport him back to Turkey.  And this was the person Trump saw fit to appoint as National Security Adviser, perhaps the most important & powerful White House position.  No, I am not making this up.  This deal was on the radar for the investigators as this Turkey transaction had plenty of Russian contacts involved.  With Flynn’s son also involved in the mayhem, it should add to Flynn’s reasons for cooperating with Mueller.  While Flynn’s time in the White House was very short-lived, he’s just one of many White House staff officials who didn’t last long.  So much for that best people pledge.

Our President is winding down his hobnobbing in Asia.  Trump is an avid watcher of Fox fake-news, so like most Fox viewers he must be extremely gullible.  That might explain why he publicly expressed his belief in Putin’s denials about Russia’s interference in our election.  Trump is singularly alone in saying he believes Putin.  But the evidence is clear & our intelligence community has the proof.  Even his CIA puppet Pompeo admits Russia did interfere.  After some pushback Trump did try backtracking, totally contradicting himself.  So even though Trump did finally assert he trusts in our intelligence agencies, he still won’t directly admit that Russia did mess with us, which his lack of leadership at the top hinders our ability to stop such interference in future elections.  And as the former intel chiefs he insulted explained, Trump is getting played.  It might actually be true his blanket acceptance of Putin’s denials shows Trump isn’t so much gullible, as instead his refusal to state the obvious on Russian meddling could be an attempt to disguise his personal involvement in that devilish plot to taint the election.

That probably best explains why Putin seems to be his favorite person on Earth, since Putin has him dangling over a barrel.  If he ever fessed up to the world Russia’s involvement & all the Americans who assisted, which presumably includes Trump, it would bring on impeachment & probable resignation in record time.  That seems to be the most plausible explanation why our President, who routinely throws out insults at the drop of a hat, always gushes over & provides cover for his best-bud Putin.  Trump also envies the way the dictatorial Putin can rule over his country with an iron fist including suppressing opposition, which sometimes features ruthless purges of his enemies.  It’s the type of authoritarian control Trump dreams of & he’s even spoken to that wish, which to those ends are why he regularly attacks the political establishment, media, legal system & intelligence community, since discrediting the pillars of democracy represent his calculated attempts to usurp power.

David Frum writes in The Atlantic article below which the headline states, These Are Not The Actions Of An Innocent Man & I’ve pasted two pertinent paragraphs here.  Basically, there are no good reasons for Trump’s enduring support of Putin & confounding denials of Russian interference, other than he’s trying to hide his own guilty actions.  Trump even goes so far as calling former defense chiefs “political hacks” to further his own false narratives in trying to distract from mounting evidence of his own culpability over partnering with Russia:

So, to put it bluntly: At this point in the proceedings, there can be no innocent explanation for Donald Trump’s rejection of the truth about Russian meddling in last year’s elections. Earlier, it may have been suggested, sympathetically, that the case had not yet been proven. That Trump’s vanity blocked him from acknowledging embarrassing facts. Or—more hopefully—that he was inspired by some Kissingerian grand design for a diplomatic breakthrough. Or that he was lazy. Or stubborn. Or uninformed. Or something, anything, other than … complicit. Not anymore.

 

As yet, it remains unproven whether Trump himself was personally complicit in Putin’s attack on U.S. democracy as it happened during last year’s presidential campaign. What is becoming ever-more undeniable is Trump’s complicity in the attack after the fact—and his willingness to smash the intelligence and counter-intelligence agencies in order to protect Putin, Russia, and evidently himself. Consider what the president said to reporters on Saturday: “Then you hear it’s 17 agencies [who agree that Russia meddled in the elections], whoa, it’s three. And one is [former CIA Director John] Brennan, and one is whatever. I mean give me a break, they’re political hacks.… So you look at that and you have President Putin very strongly, vehemently says he had nothing to do with that.

So on the Asian trip we saw our President bowing & cowering & kowtowing to Putin along with other leaders of brutal regimes, while he also whiffed on emphasizing human rights (perhaps since he actually admires the strong-armed bullying tactics of ruthless demagogues).  We also saw a President who had vowed to make great trade deals get left out of the Asian trade deal.  It’s a real stretch to find anything of value accomplished on that trip.  I’m sure Fox & Friendless (aka Trump news) dug up some squishy feel-good story about his trip, but they always make stuff up.  So in the related articles below, check out the scandal stories at the top, followed by the Asian trip stories.
