Part Two - Thought Shapers Share in the Blame

Falling from grace….It may be as important for Evangelical Christians to excise the heretical charlatans from their leadership as it is for the GOP base to rid themselves of the echo-chamber. Certain evangelical leaders & echo-blabbers support unequivocally a leader so lacking in values, character, honesty & most any other personal traits which would command trust & respect, such unquestioned support for a moral degenerate defiles the principles we believe in & is a scourge on our great nation. I hate to be so blunt, but I guess during the campaign disparaging disabled people, women’s faces & bragging about grabbing women in the p***y was just hunky-dory with the vast majority of voters in a religious faith I’ll admit I’ve long been associated with (& increasingly embarrassed about). It’s time for evangelical Christians to denounce such immorality while calling out ex-faith leaders turned misguided political pundits, recognizable names we can now nominate to the evangelical Hall-of-Shame which has grown into a rather large list, highlighted by Franklin Graham, Tony Perkins, Ralph Reed, Jerry Falwell Jr, Robert Jeffress, James Dobson & Pat Robertson. We even have a local pastor here in the Cleveland area, Darrell Scott, who’s a total crackpot apparently possessed by something other than Christ’s love, grace & wisdom. And after today’s unhinged performance by Trump, there can be no more defending this guy!

Is it possible they’ve all been deceived through demonic spirits in the way they’re so willing to support & excuse evil? I wouldn’t know how else to explain all the preposterous/hypocritical claims they’ve made trying to give cover to this President’s indiscretions which are inexplicable & indefensible. And when the core of Trump’s base is a disjointed hodgepodge of white supremacists & white evangelicals, something is wrong in the company they keep, as if deceptive messaging has somehow infiltrated & diluted the church’s higher calling. The bigger damage that’s being done is in the way evangelicals are seen as tied in with radical politics, only serving to drive so many away from the faith. When these former evangelical leaders have so obviously shunned principles, values, ethics & integrity in possibly being given over to the dark side by crawling in bed with maybe the devil himself, they’re going to get burnt. It’s become apparent they lack the moral authority & should no longer speak on behalf of our religion. And as for the Trump alter they worship at, Trump is simply a despicable person which no man of God in good conscience should support. Conservatives need to turn to brand new faith leaders just like they need new conservative talk-show hosts. Maybe restructuring the old order as America hits rock bottom can somehow bring on revival from the ashes….

Today on CNN I watched Gergen & Axelrod basically say today was the craziest talk they’ve ever heard from a President, after which Van Jones basically broke down sobbing. But that’s real news I watch, as those who watch Fox aren’t getting! They’re still in the dark. And let me be clear, the echo-audiences aren’t true conservatives. They think they are but in buying into the falsehoods from the echo are only given the illusion of conservatism. The echo-narrative has been dragged so far to the right & become so radicalized, it’s now a bastardization of true conservatism far removed from what real conservatives believe. Conservatives should rise up in unison to denounce this toxic force attempting (& in many ways succeeding) to hijack the GOP, since the rise of their deranged mindset is threatening to destroy the party & our nation. Look at how far off the tracks our country has become, & as I’ve stated before the echo is one of the biggest problems America is having to deal with. They’re now totally in line with Trump’s bombasts & falsehoods, while pushing an extremist policy agenda which is unworkable & unpassable, which means leadership can’t get anything productive done. To the extent the GOP base trusts the lies from the echo more than the real media & GOP politicians, is to the extent they’re complicit in threatening to destroy our nation. The crazy train that is a wild ride with Trump & the echo leaves no more excuses for supporting such deranged nonsense & since it’s doing such great damage to America, we’re at the point where Trumpeters & echo-fans should be rightly ridiculed for their false/nutty ideologies (after all, they’re to blame for this running nightmare in the White House in the first place).

It’s time for true conservatives to help expose the evil echo for what it really is, which includes Fox non-News, psycho-conservative talk radio & conspiratorial websites/social media, whose deranged propaganda full of lies has become a curse on our nation. The President who constantly rails against fake news had the gall this week to retweet something from an alt-right conspiracy theorist, from which his pattern of using such false narratives has proved he’s totally sold out to the echo & those duped Trumpeters in their audience. For America to ever recover & restore competent leadership, it’s becoming obvious that can only happen with Trump’s removal from office & the echo being thoroughly discredited for the fake garbage they feed their flock. The news conference today showed a President who is mentally unstable if not mentally ill, which there’s no rational reason any media sources should be in the tank cheerleading him on. Trump apologists are obviously either deceived or lack integrity. Check out the links below, some of the hosts these psycho-conservative media outlets are putting on the air are a complete disgrace. When it’s all said & done, it’s very possible Insanity Hannity will be recognized as a traitor to America, particularly if he’s among those involved in the Russian cover-up. I’ve said all along Trump & Hannity might both be insane. It’s beginning to look like I was right. Fox basically had to blatantly lie to cover today’s news, trying with all their might to avoid criticizing Trump. Echo-audience members must stop themselves from being repeatedly lied to by turning the channel….
